I’m really loving all of Costco’s marinated meat lately. It’s making my life SO much easier. This is the lemon herb chicken. It comes in a two pack. So much flavor.

I made the chicken with some potato gnocchi and made a really easy Asiago cheese sauce. Best part…I used T W O dishes for this meal 🙌🏻

Second best part, I made it ahead of time and then popped it in the oven when we got home from basketball.

This was totally out of the kid’s comfort zone, but they actually tried it and liked it. They LOVED the chicken. The gnocchi was a different texture for them, but they gave it a shot!
